Pretty big day in French poker circles. Microgaming just hooked up with 888 to provide a french network because of the new laws meaning only french fish can play with other french fish...is this start of the dismantling of the poker industry - country by country? If so...let's all move to FRANCE!

Will foreign players be allowed into the french network? as i understand it french people are allowed to gamble only on french sites, but that doesnt mean that french sites won't be open to foreigners!

i know pokertime has a french division, is this based out of france?

there seems to be a general trend worldwide toward this kind of thing. Governments trying to keep net gambling revenue for themselves

well if the US is anything to go by soon we all are going to be limited to local sites!

theres no doubt that the last decade has brought a worldwide movement of concervatism and fundementalism, this decade should be about liberalism- lets start with poker legislation
